Pool area had no bathroom or changing room...very few towels. Although the pool water was warm the room itself was very cold.

The hotel's location is peaceful and exceptionally nice, right by west Greenwich for work at Electric Boat. The rooms are brand-new and good-sized with spacious cleanliness.

The hotel was clean with polite staff and nice hot breakfast. The rooms were perfectly clean and updated, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The venue was near Rhode Island, the next closest restaurant, Newport, Providence, and Boston.

Our recent stay at Best Western was fantastic. We were traveling for leisure and stayed for two nights. The hotel was in a great location, making it easy for us to explore Coventry. The morning breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The lady in charge did an excellent job keeping everything clean and was very friendly and helpful. The bed in our room was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked well to keep the room at a perfect temperature. The check-in process was easy, and the front desk attendant was accommodating with our early arrival. a great experience and we would definitely stay again.
